  3. I felt an overwhelming sadness last night upon hearing the news of Angelique's passing. Sadness for you, Bailey and Danni, and all the rest of us who have experienced what was "uniquely Angelique". I will hold dear in my heart memories of being neighbors when the kids were little, and when water balloon launches on the front lawn on Halloween was the norm. Bailey and Tori pushing their doll strollers back and forth to each other's houses, playing all day. The Longhorn flag proudly flying on game days.So many wonderful memories that speak to fact that Angelique was a "candle in the wind". I will miss her, and my heart is sad.
    Chris - job well done.
    Love, Your Friend, Laurie

  10. I just wanted you to know that you have all been in our thoughts and prayers. I loved Angelique and enjoyed getting to know her these past few years. I observed her working patiently with children at school. Always pushing and wanting a better life for them. I saw the love she had for her girls and she even adopted mine for awhile. Great memories that will stay with "Pooh Bear" and myself. You know that Bailey will always have open arms at our house. Whatever you need, whenever you need it, please call.
    We love you!

  11. Chris, your family will continue to be in our prayers.

Only happy "original" memories of Angelique are with us. She was truly an unique and caring woman who loved life and lived life to its fullest while being an inspiration to many.

Thank you Chris for all you did for us in keeping such a great journal of her fight...now my friend it is time to take care of yourself and your precious daughters. God Bless the Family. JILL

Chris and family, Angelique was a long time family friend of the Holloways. We had lost contact and sadly only saw her a couple times in the past few years. I am so saddened to hear of her passing as I know your entire family is too. We loved her dearly and had some memorable times growing up together at St. Pius in Pasadena and we will hold those memories close to our heart. My mom adored her. Our Prayers are with you, your family and Ed, Monica, Fred, Mark, James and Russell. We will pray that God holds all of you close to him during this time. I know Chris, her brother, was there waiting on his sister with open arms.

  15. Angelique~ you always made me laugh...you shared your journey with me...that 40 minutes of that day changed my view on cancer from a "fear" to "just a part of what some of us get to do.". You are what we women all need to be--strong, proud, beautiful, bold, and one crazy nut! Know u made an impact on my life... And many others I am sure. You fought the fight and now you get to be with the One and Only until we get to gather with you again--have the wine ready would u woman!!! Don't get too crazy there until you feel it out----until we meet again....all my love--Shelly Fisbek

  16. Chris,
I recieved your card today. I am so sorry to hear this news. Angie was the greatest thing that ever happened to me. I love her very much to this day and will never forget the kindness that she showed me, a lost 8 year old. I am so sorry that Danielle and Bailey have lost her. I still have the pictures that she sent to me of them. Thank you for being so good to her and seeing her thru. I do have a request that you let me know where she rests so that I can pay my respects. I will leave my address and email address below. God Bless You.
